Return and Refund Policy
Refund and Returns
Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If your purchase is more than 15days old, we cannot offer you a refund. To be approved for a refund, you need to make sure that our product is unused and in the same conditions as when you received the package.
For any return that is not due to our fault, you will be required to pay for the cost of shipping of the product to our address and pay a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of product price.
If the condition of the returned product is different (i.e. damaged or not functional) we will determine a higher restocking fee to our discretion.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at info@my-euc.com including your proof of purchase, place the item safely in its original packaging, and send it to our return address. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We will not refund any lost package.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds take a certain amount of time to process, please be patient, if you still do not receive a refund, please contact us
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid return label for you to return the defective product. Then, we will send you a new product or a full refund.
